PIZZA DOUGH (TIPO 00) image

Yield 3 12 oz dough balls

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 cups (525 grams) tipo 00 flour
1 1/2 cup warm water (plus a little to consistency)
1 pkg yeast
1 1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp olive oil

Steps:

  • Add yeast to water in mixing bowl along with sugar. Add flour, salt and olive oil. Mix with dough hook or knead by hand till smooth and slightly sticky (not so sticky that pieces of dough stay stuck on hands) allow to rise.
