Pink Stuff! image

This is a congealed salad but my boys always called it "Pink Stuff"!!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 large pkg cherry jello
1 large pkg cool whip
15 1/4 oz can(s) crushed pineapple
1 small jar(s) maraschino cherries, chopped, save a few for garnish if desired
16 oz cottage cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Thoroughly drain pineapple and chopped cherries.
  • 2. In large bowl add pineapple, cherries and Jello. Mix well.
  • 3. Stir in cottage cheese.
  • 4. FOLD in Cool Whip. Refrigerate. ENJOY!!
