¼ cup oats, or more to taste
7 large strawberries, diced
3 tablespoons low-fat milk
2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt, or more to taste
1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon honey

Steps:

  • Combine oats, strawberries, milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, vanilla extract, and honey in a mason jar. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.
