Steps:
- 1. pre heat oven to 325*
- 2. Place ham, fat side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan, using toothpicks, place both cans of pineapple rings on the top and sides of the ham, place cherries in the middle of the pineapple rings using toothpicks as well. Cover with lid or tinfoil, and bake at 325* for about 18 minutes per pound, until meat thermometer reaches 160°.
- 3. Combine glaze ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil and boil for about 2 minutes (be careful not to let it boil over). About 20 minutes before the ham is done, spoon about half of the glaze over top of ham, then about 10 minutes before done, spread remaining glaze over ham.
- 4. I always save some glaze for the dinner table so that folks can using it as a aju sauce almost :) I pray this Easy yet amazing Ham brings many memories to your Dinner Table! Enjoy
- 5. P.S. The drippings also make an AMAZING spice gravy!! Simply Use Cornstarch and Water to make your gravy
- 6. Ham Gravy: 3 Cups of Ham drippings 2 Tbsp of Cornstarch 1/2 c water Heat over meduim-high heat, a pan of drippings to a boil, in a small bowl whisk cornstarch and water until smooth, once drippings begin to boil, whisk in mixture, whisking thoroughly until gravy is thick, remove from heat and serve over mash potatoes. ENJOY!!!!!!!! :)
