Pineapple Stuffing image

I'm always getting requests to bring this dish to gatherings. It goes well with ham. It's a side dish but tastes so good it could almost be classified as a dessert.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 cup(s) butter
1 cup(s) sugar
4 - eggs
1-1lb4oz can(s) crushed pineapple, drained
5 slice(s) white bread, cubed

Steps:

  • Cream butter and sugar together.
  • Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  • Fold in bread cubes and turn into a greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve with ham. Enjoy!
