Pineapple Stuffing image

This a great side for ham or chicken. It is a great brunch recipe. My family loves it. I make it at Christmas.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 loaf of cinnamon swirl bread
1/2 c butter
1/2 c sugar
4 eggs
1 can(s) large, crushed pineapple drained

Steps:

  • 1. cream butter and sugar together.
  • 2. add eggs to creamed mixture one ata time. Beating well after each addition.
  • 3. add can of crushed pineapple that has been well drained.
  • 4. cut crust off bread and cut into cubes. fold bread cubes into mixture.
  • 5. I pour mine into two loaf pans that have been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • 6. Bake at @350 for 1 hour.
