1/4 lb butter (1 stick)
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
5 slices white bread, cubed in small pieces

Steps:

  • Cream butter and sugar.
  • Add eggs and beat well.
  • Pour in entire can of pineapple and bread and stir.
  • Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish(or 9" by 13" glass dish and bake at 350 for about 1 hours uncovered.
