Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat eggs with electric mixer. Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Beat mixture until it is a lemon color. Change speed to low and alternate half the pineapple and the dry ingredients. The pineapple is undrained.
- Spread mixture on a lightly greased 15x10x3/4-inch jelly roll pan.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes. Pour the rest of the pineapple (slightly drained) over cake.
- To prepare glaze, boil all ingredients 3 to 4 minutes until white and bubbly. Pour over cake while still warm. Refrigerate a few hours.
