Pineapple Nut Cake image

We love this for dessert at thanksgiving and Christmas!!!

Number Of Ingredients 11

20 oz can of crushed pineapple not drained
2 c flour i use self rising
2 c sugar
1 c chopped nuts ( i use pecans or black walnuts)
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
ICING
oz 1 8oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 c powdered sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Bake in a 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. When done ice immediately.Add nuts on top of icing and refrigerate
