Pineapple Coconut Rum Cocktail image

This is a Caribbean favorite... Drink, but dont drive! This one sneaks up on you! :D

1/3 c captain morgan's coconut rum
2/3 to 3/4 c pineapple juice
crushed ice
MIX THE ABOVE AND POUR IN A COCKTAIL GLASS; ENJOY!

Steps:

  • 1. Ok, this isnt a Pina Colada, but this doesnt have as many calories either! But this is one darned good cocktail. One of these drinks will make you unwind and two will probably have you thinking you are Captain Morgan's right arm man~ sailing the High Seas on another adventure!
  • 2. May garnish with any fruit of your choice. Pineapple slice? Orange slice? etc...
