Pina Colada Slushie - Steph image

I know there are some pina colada drink recipes on here but I think this recipe is a little different. The hostess at BUNKO served this last week and it was a very refreshing, cool drink for a warm summer evening. These are excellent!

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 c rum (malibu was used) or can use vodka
36 oz pineapple juice
1 small can lemonade concentrate
1 can(s) cream of coconut (coconut milk was used)
1 l sprite

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients, except Sprite, together and freeze. Can serve as a slushie or pour in Sprite for a punch. We added Sprite to our 12 oz. glass of slushie. ENJOY!!
