Pina Colada Delight image

What a fun dessert for your next girls night! And no one needs to know how easy it is to make. Creamy and smooth, this quick dessert has all the fab flavors of a pina colada. Love!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 c pina colada mix
1 c coconut milk
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding (sugar free)
8 oz cream cheese (whipped)
1 c fresh pineapple chunks
2 Tbsp rum or rum flavor, if desired

Steps:

  • 1. In blender, combine pina colada mix, coconut milk, and vanilla pudding. Blend well, then add Cream Cheese, fresh pineapple and rum. Blend until smooth and pudding is starting to set.
  • 2. Pour Pina Colada Delight into cocktail glasses and let chill for about 15 - 20 minutes. When ready to serve, garnish with pineapple chucks and maraschino cherries.
