- Cook brussels sprouts according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1 tablespoon liquid; keep sprouts warm., In a small saucepan, melt butter; stir in the vinegar, tarragon, salt and reserved cooking liquid. Pour over sprouts and toss to coat. Sprinkle with pimientos.
