Pickled Banana Peppers image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pound Banana peppers, seeded and cut into rings
4 cups white vinegar
1.1/2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon celery seeds
1 Salt to taste

Steps:

  • Put cut peppers in a jar with a lid
  • Bring vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds and celery seeds to a boil
  • Pour brine over peppers to a 1/2 inch to the top. Wipe off the rim.
  • Let cool. Store in fridge. Let sit for a week.
