PHILLY-STEAK WITH HOISIN SAUCE image

Ingredients:
4 slices provolone cheese
1 whole onion , thinly sliced
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 pound top sirloin steak , thinly cut
4 pieces french rolls
2 tablespoons Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce
1 tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
3 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil (Pure)

Steps:

  • Direction: 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 2tbsp Hoisin Sauce, 2tbsp Oyster Flavored Sauce, Chili Garlic Sauce and Sesame Oil. Marinate beef with mixture for 10 minutes. 2. Sautee onions with 2tbsp oil for 3 minutes. Add the remaining Hoisin Sauce and cook for another 2 minutes. Set aside. 3. Grill or pan fry beef 3 minutes on each side - cut beef 1/2-inch thick. 4. Assemble philly steak with cheese and sauted onion. 5. Drizzle Hoisin Sauce before serving.
