Steps:
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add the celery, onion, and pepper - saute for one minute. Add the tarragon, lemon pepper and garlic. Cook until the veggies are tender.
- Add the cream, cream cheese, and milk. Stir until cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Do not boil. Add the diced chicken and cook over low heat until heated through.
- Serve over wild rice or pasta of your choice. Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
