PESTO BREAD DIPPING OIL image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/2 cup Fresh Basil
2 tbsp Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese, grated
2 tbsp Pine Nuts
1 Garlic Clove, chopped
1/8 tsp Salt
3 Kalamata olives
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Additional olive oil and bread for serving

Steps:

  • Using a food processor, combine the basil, cheese, pine nuts, garlic, salt and olives. Process until ingredients form a paste. Slowly add olive oil. To serve, place a dime-sized portion of pesto paste on plate. Top generously with olive oil to create dipping consistency. Serve with your favorite bread.
