PERSIAN YOGURT SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 5

32 ounces (1 container) plain yogurt
2 tablespoons dried dill weed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 recipe (to taste) salt and black pepper
1 recipe - 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, blend yogurt, dill weed, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss in the cucumber.
  • Cover, and refrigerate 8 hours, or overnight.
