This dish is delicious on it's own or as the perfect side dish to seafood or chicken. Not overly sweet, just PERFECT.

Steps:
- 1. melt butter over medium heat in medium sized sauce pan
- 2. add brown sugar and salt until completely dissolved
- 3. turn heat to high and add rice, quickly stirring until coated
- 4. stir in water and coconut milk
- 5. when it boils,turn heat down to med. low and cover with a lid. simmer for 20 min.
- 6. remove from heat and let sit another 10 min. with lid on. DO NOT REMOVE LID!
- 7. after 10 min., remove lid and fluff with fork.
