my mom taught me how to make this, I remember askign her for measurments and becuz she had been making it for so long, she no longer needed them, and had to look them up in her hand writen recipe box, it wasn't easy for her to fnd, now I've been making this recipe forover 10 years and I no longer need the measurements either.

Steps:
- grate cheese so you have 2 and a half cups
- in a medium sauce pan melt butter over medium heat
- slowly add in flour, and keep stirring, you only want to add enough to make it look like you have a crumbly dough
- slowly add in milk, stirring continuesly
- slowly add in grated cheese, and continuesly stir, once all the cheese is melted, add salt and pepper, you don't need much, then turn the stove off
- if your sauce is too thick, add more milk, slowly and stir until it blends, if your sauce is to watery add more flour slowly and mix until blended, be sure to do these steps over medium heat.
- pour over brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, potatoes, brussel sprouts, and vegitable you like (especially ones kids won't eat and they will gobble them up!)
