PERFECT BEEF TENDERLOIN
Steps:
- Sprinkle tenderloin w/ crazy janes. Mix soy sauce, worcestershire, 1 clove mashed garlic, juice of 1 lemon. Put tenderloin in plastic bag and cover w marinade. Marinate up 14 hrs. Bring meat to room temperature. Preheat oven to 450' Cook in 450' oven for 20 min Turn oven off and leave for an additional 15 min DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR Take out and let sit for 15 min.
