Steps:
- Heat oil in heavy pot and add beef. Saute 5 minutes turning till browned all over. Season with S & P. Add veggies and saute 5 minutes longer. Add stock and simmer covered, for 1 hour. Cook noodles and serve together. (If stew is watery use cornstarch to thicken)(1 tbls cornstarch to 1 tsp water, mix and slowly add to stew to thicken)
