Peppermint Schnapps image

This recipe made it's way into Gramma Bea's recipe box from her friend Dorothy Wilfehrt.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 gal distilled water
4 c sugar
1 l ever clear
1 oz pure pepprmint extract

Steps:

  • 1. Bring water and sugar to a boil. Stir and let boil for five minutes. Let cool - add extract and ever clear. Bottle and enjoy after 30 days.
