Peppercorn Pork Tenderloin image

I got this from food.com, from stacky5. This isn't a weight watcher recipe. However, I always like putting the weight watcher points for me,regardless of how high they are. Weight Watcher Points: 16

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/2-1 tsp ground black pepper, on the coarse side
1 pork tenderloin
2 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp brandy
1/2 c whipping cream
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1 pinch thyme
1 pinch marjoram
1 pinch rosemary

Steps:

  • 1. Press pepper into all sides of tenderloin.
  • 2. Heat butter in a frying pan that just fits the pork and brown over medium high heat.
  • 3. Reduce heat to low.
  • 4. Pour brandy over the pork.
  • 5. Mix remaining ingredients and stir into pan.
  • 6. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes.
  • 7. Remove pork and cut into 1/2 inch slices.
  • 8. Pour sauce over top.
