PEPPER 'N ONION STEAK image

A GOOD STEAK RECIPE.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 1/2 lb round steak
1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 dash(es) pepper
2 Tbsp oil
1 clove garlic,minced
1 can(s) beef gravy
1/3 c catsup
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1/4 c chopped onion

Steps:

  • 1. Pound flour and seasonings into steak. In large skillet, brown steak in oil. Pour off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients, cover and cook over low heat one hour until tender, stirring occasionally.
