PEPPER JELLY CHEESE BALL image

Yield 1 large cheese ball

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pound velveta cheese
1 8 oz block cream cheese
3 tablespoons pepper jelly
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper powder
(or to taste)
chilli powder

Steps:

  • Bring cheeses to room temperature. Combine first three ingredients with a mixer until well mixed. Add pecans and cayenne pepper and mix well. Form all of mixture into a ball and then roll in chilli powder. Serve with crackers. Store in the refrigerator.
