An old recipe. I think this would be great topping a good meatloaf just before baking it.

Steps:
- 1. In a cheesecloth combine the peppers, onion and cabbage. Scald in boiling water. Squeeze dry and remove from cheesecloth.
- 2. Heat vinegar, sugar, salt and mustard seeds. Add vegetables and bring to boiling point.
- 3. When cool, put into sterilized canning jars and seal.
