PEPPER CABBAGE image

1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 Tbsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. salad (canola or corn) oil
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 green pepper
1 medium head green cabbage

Steps:

  • Mix first set of ingredients (salt through water) well; let stand. Finely chop cabbage in blender (add water to cabbage to chop, then drain). Chop pepper in blender. Add dressing and let stand 2 or more hours until ready to serve. Drain before serving.
