1 3/4 c crumbled fudge grahams
3 hersheys chocolate bars,chopped
2 c milk chocolate chips,divided
1 package yellow cake mix
1 c graham cracker crumbs
1 c water
3 egg whites
1/3 c vegetable oil
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
1 jar(s) hot fudge ice cream topping
1 tube(s) frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 cream cheeses,softened
1 jar(s) marshmallow creme
1 c miniature marshmallows

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.Add crumbled fudge grahams,chopped chocolate bars and 1 cup milk chocolate chips.
  • 2. In large bowl,beat cake mix,graham cracker crumbs,water,egg whites and vegetable oil together with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds,then on medium speed 2 minutes,scraping bowl occasionally.
  • 3. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
  • 4. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean,35 to 40 minutes.
  • 5. Poke holes into the cake with a end of wooden spoon.
  • 6. In a medium bowl,combine sweet condensed milk and hot fudge ice cream topping,stir until blended.Pour over a warm cake with holes.Cool completely,about 1 hour.
  • 7. In a large bowl,combine whipped topping,cream cheese and marshmallow creme,whisk together until smooth.
  • 8. Spread over the prepared cake and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips and miniature marshmallows.
