Steps:
- In a saucepan, make the creamy sauce by combining all sauce ingredients on low heat, stirring frequently until thickened and creamy. Meanwhile, heat butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. When the butter melts, add the mushrooms and saute until soft about 5-8 minutes. Add the frozen peas and saute with the mushrooms. Reduce the heat to low and add the creamy sauce to the skillet and stir well. Add the cooked penne pasta into the skillet and stir well until well mixed. Sprinkle with bacon crumbles and more Parmesan Cheese if desired.
