Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking dish with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- 2. Place salmon filet into the baking dish. Spread with mayonnaise.
- 3. In a separate bowl, mix together bread crumbs, pecans, cheese, and melted butter. Press onto the top of the salmon filet.
- 4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and fish flakes easily with fork. Enjoy without guilt!
