Dip each chicken breast in egg mixture, then into nut mixture. 4a. Can bake chicken in 350 oven for 20-25 minutes on parchment lined tray.Spray chicken 1st with canola oil. 4b. Heat 3 Tbsp oil in nonstick pan, moderate flame, cook chicken ~ 5 minutes/side until golden brown. 5. In small bowl, combine mayo, vinegar, sugar, parseley, pinch of cayenne, and remaining 1/4 tsp salt. Can serve as dipping sauce, or put directly on chicken
