Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 450.
- 2. Blend egg whites, cornstarch and lemon (dipping mixture).
- 3. Combine remaining ingredients (crusting mixture).
- 4. Dip chicken breast in dipping mixture and then in crusting mixture.
- 5. Saute chicken in oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown and crisp.
- 6. Turn and brown on other side place on sheet pan and roast in oven until done about 8 minutes.
- 7. Test with meat thermometer until 165 degrees.
