Pecan Bites image

These sweet little bites stand on their own no frosting needed!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 c brown sugar, packed
1/2 c all-purpose flour
1 c chopped pecans
2/3 c butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten

Steps:

  • 1. Combine sugar,flour and pecans; set aside. Blend together butter and eggs; mix into flour mixture.
  • 2. Fill greased and floured mini muffin cups 2/3 full; bake at 350 degrees for 22 to 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
