1 Thin crust Boboli shell
1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 medium tomato, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1 tablespoon snipped fresh rosemary or basil

Steps:

  • Place Boboli on a lightly greased pizza pan or baking sheet. In a small bowl, stir together oil, garlic, and pepper. Brush generously over the bread. Sprinkle tomatoe, cheese and herbs over bread. Bake in 400 degree oven 10 to 15 minutes or until warm and cheese melts. Cut into 12 wedges. Garnish with whole herb. Serve hot.
