Pear Peppercorn Salad image

Number Of Ingredients 7

8 cups torn Romaine lettuce
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted*
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 cup vinaigrette salad dressing
1 pear, cored, peeled and sliced
1 package Keebler® Club® Original cracker

Steps:

  • In large bowl combine romaine, cheese, walnuts and pepper. Toss with dressing. Add pears. Gently toss. Serve with crackers.*NOTE: To toast walnuts, spread evenly on baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 5 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown, stirring once or twice.
