Caesar Shrimp & Asparagus Pasta image

Yield 4 servings, about 2 cups each

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 cups farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Creamy Caesar Dressing
1 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined
1/2 lb. thin fresh asparagus spears, cut into 2-inch lengths
Zest and juice from 1 lemon
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp and asparagus; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in lemon zest and juice.
  • Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water. Place pasta in large bowl. Add shrimp mixture; mix lightly. Gradually stir in reserved pasta water if desired until pasta mixture is of desired consistency. Top with cheese.
