Peanut Butter Waffle Toast image

If you like peanut butter or toast you will love this for the kids in your life. Enjoy !!!

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1/4 c milk
1 c biscuit mix
1/2 c smooth peanut butter
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 medium egg,slightly beaten
6-8 slice bread
6-8 Tbsp semi-sweet mini chocloate chips
powdered sugar, if desired

Steps:

  • 1. Heat waffle iron;grease with shortening if necessaery ( or spray with cooking spray before heating).
  • 2. In a medium bowl,stir milk, biscuit mix, p.butter, sugar, vanilla,egg umtil well blended. Carefully dip bread into batter on both sides. Place in waffle iron, close lid.
  • 3. Bake about 2mins or until steaming stops and toast is golden.Carefully remove waffle toast. Sprinkle each waffle with 1 tablespoon with choc.chips and powdered sugar.
