Beaver Creek Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
salt

Steps:

  • 350 degrees Combine flour, soda and salt. Set aside. Beat butter, dark and while sugar and vanilla until creamy and light colored. about 5 minutes Beat in egg, about another minute. Gradually add flour mixture and mix well. Add chocolate chips. Bake 8-10 minutes.
