THIS IS JIFFY'S PEANUT BUTTER PIE RECIPE....I USED SKIPPY...LOL VERY GOOD VERY EASY N ALWAYS ASKED FOR :)

1 prepared chocolate crust (or graham)
1 8 0z cream cheese...room temp.
1 c creamy peanut butter (any brand)
1 container of cool whip 12 oz
1/2 c sugar
1 jar(s) 11.75 oz hot fudge
8 regular size reeses cut into pieces

Steps:

  • 1. IN A MEDIUM SIZE BOWL BEAT TOGETHER PEANUT BUTTER CREAM CHEESE N SUGAR. GENTLY FOLD IN 3 CUPS OF COOL WHIP...UNTIL NO STREAKS REMAIN. SPOON MIXTURE INTO PIE SHELL N SMOOTH WITH BACK OF SPOON.
  • 2. RESERVING 2 TBLSPNS OF HOT FUDGE...PLACE REMAINN IN MICROWAVE FOR 1 MINUTE N STIR. SPREAD HOT FUDGE OVER PIE TO COVER PEANUT BUTTER LAYER. REFRIGERATE FOR AN HOUR (OR TO COOL N HARDEN HOT FUDGE SLIGHTLY)
  • 3. PLACE REMAINN COOL WHIP OVER HOT FUDGE N SPOON THE RESERVED HOT FUDGE INTO SANDWICH BAG...DO THE SAME WITH PEANUT BUTTER IN SEPERATE BAG. KNEAD FOR A FEW SECONDS N SNIP CORNER OF BAGS N DRIZZLE OVER PIE. PLACE CUT REESES AROUND PIE N ENJOY :)
