Peanut Blossoms image

These are my husbands favorite.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 3/4 cup(s) self rising flour
1/2 cup(s) sugar
1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
1/2 cup(s) shortening
1/2 cup(s) peanut butter
1 - egg
2 tablespoon(s) milk
48 - hershey kisses

Steps:

  • mix all ingredients together.
  • roll dough into balls.
  • roll the balls in sugar and place on cookie tray.
  • bake at 375 for 6 minutes.
  • as soon as they come out of the oven put a hershey kiss on them. Let them cool.
