Peaches & Cream Pie image

This pie is so easy, makes it's own crust and is very yummy. Hope you think so too! Make sure you DO NOT use instant pudding!

Number Of Ingredients 13

3/4 cup(s) all purpose flour
1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1 package(s) vanilla pudding
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
3 tablespoon(s) softened butter
1 - egg
1/2 cup(s) whole milk
1 quart(s) peaches (drained), save juice - place peaches over above mixture
8 ounce(s) cream cheese
1/2 cup(s) sugar
3 tablespoon(s) peach juice
1 tablespoon(s) sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon

Steps:

  • Mix together first 7 ingredients & pour into 9-10" greased glass pie dish. Drain peaches, save juice, place drained peaches on top of mixture in pie dish. Mix 3 tablespoons peach juice, cream cheese & sugar together with mixer and drop by spoon fulls on top of peaches. Sprinkle top with sugar, cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350 degree for 35 mins. or so.
