How to make Peach Upside Down French Toast Casserole

Steps:
- Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour peaches, SPLENDA® brown sugar blend and cinnamon into the baking pan and toss well to combine. Lay out the peaches in a single layer.
- Lay the bread on top. Tear bread to fit into any large gaps.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over the bread. Press the bread down into the mixture.
- Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
- Take the casserole out for one hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350•.
- Uncover and bake for 40 minutes.
