PEACH, TOMATO AND BURRATA SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 firm, ripe peaches, pitted and cut into thin slices.
2 ripe medium tomatoes, cut into thin slices.
1/4 tsp. coarse sea salt
8 oz. fresh burrata cheese or fresh mozzarella cheese
12 fresh basil leaves, torn into bits
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
balsamic vinegar- (optional)

Steps:

  • Alternate peach and tomato slices on a platter or individual plates. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Cut the burrata or mozeralla into chunks and place them in center of peaches and tomatoes. Scatter basil on top: drizzle with olive oil. if using balsamic drizzle as well. Serve.
