Steps:
- Peel,remove the seed and dice the peaches. Add Confectioners sugar and set aside for 20 minutes to macerate.
- Cook the peaches in a heavy bottom steel pan on medium high for 6-7 minutes(Press a piece of peach with a fork, if it squishes easily,peaches are done)
- Cool the peaches completely and mash with a fork, we DONT want a smooth puree
- Save 4 tbsp of the peaches for swirling
- In a bowl, whip cream on medium till soft peaks form
- Add Condensed milk,vanilla extract,milk powder and mix lowest speed
- Fold in the mashed/pureed peaches and pour into a metal loaf pan
- Use the remaining peaches for swirling on top
- Freeze overnight
- Let the ice cream thaw on the counter for 15 minutes before scooping
- Serve with fresh sliced peaches
