1 lb. lean ground beef
2 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. each black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder
4 KRAFT Big Slice Jalapeño Cheese Slices, cut in half
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo
1/2 habanero chile, seeded, chopped
3 Tbsp. peach preserves
4 hamburger buns, toasted
1 cup loosely packed arugula

Steps:

  • Heat grill on medium heat.
  • Mix meat, Worcestershire sauce and dry seasonings just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160°F), topping with cheese pieces for the last 4 min. Meanwhile, mix mayo, chiles and preserves until blended; spread onto bottom halves of buns.
  • Fill buns with burgers and arugula.
