Number Of Ingredients 10

8 fresh peaches, sliced (about 5 cups)
1/3 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. MINUTE Tapioca
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 cup all-purpose baking mix
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1/4 cup milk

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Toss peaches with next 6 ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Pour into 9-inch square baking dish.
  • Stir baking mix, granulated sugar and milk in medium bowl until mixture forms soft dough. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto hot fruit mixture.
  • Bake 28 to 30 min. or until biscuits are golden brown.
