Steps:
- Preheat grill or grill pan to med-high. Lightly dust a work surface with flour. Cut pizza dough in half. Roll out each portion into a 8x14-in rectangle about 1/2 in thick. Brush grill with oil
- Lightly oil and season peaches with salt and pepper. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until the peaches havenice grill marks; set aside. Grill dough for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles start to form and bottom is well-marked. Brush the top of the flatbreads with oil, flip and grill for 2-3 min more or until well-marked.
- Scatter the cheeses, prociutto and peaches over the flatbreads. Place back on the grill for an additional 1-2 minutes until toppings are heated through. Top with arugula and drizzle with honey.
