5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon garlic salt

¼ teaspoon dry mustard

Steps:

Whisk oil, vinegar, sugar, sour cream, parsley, garlic salt, black pepper, and mustard together in a bowl until smooth.
