Steps:
- Start the pasta in a pot of boiling water.
- While the pasta is cooking, slice the beef as thinly as possible.
- Slice the onions as thinly as possible and add them to a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced beef, garlic paprika, and cayenne.
- When the beef is browned, add the sour cream and mushrooms/cream of mushroom.
- Stir until the sauce is creamy, then add red wine and parsley.
- Bring to a simmer, and then add the cooked pasta to the sauce.
- Serve hot
